The Brief

Bring the repositioned Arsenal retail strategy to life with innovative and creative design. Consider shop in shop zoning, improved display, store animation, print and digital promotion.

The Approach

Modernise the Arsenal retail store proposition by improved zoning and display. New destination areas created around high margin offers e.g make it Personal, Retro kit. Create talking points and increase dwell time through storytelling and interaction. Impactful print collateral designed around Home and Away kit launches. Customer segmentation aligned more closely to store design. Four new matchday stores in Emirates stadium.

The Result

Arsenal retail figures trebled on overall like for like sales.
